Copyright Trolls are crying right now. Like we posted in our other post on this case some does will be dismissed. You can check out the pdf at this link and at Torrent Lawyer’s blog to see if your IP is gone from the case. This is great news for those dismissed but there are still around 4000 John Does still attached to this garbage. For those that got scared and might of payed these Copyright Trolls. This is why you should not be scared by their settlement letters. Now these idiots at Dunlap Grubb & Weave might still send out settlement letters to those unaware that they have been dismissed. We hope those people are smart enough to use google to find sites like this one and know they have been dismissed possibly.
Thanks go out to a doe that commented on this blog for a direct link to the pdf of the court document and the torrent lawyer wordpress blog for informing us all. Congratulations to all dismissed from this case. The only sad thing is that they can just keep refiling peoples IP’s in other states or in different cases. Untill it is stopped forever that is or law firms like Dunlap Grubb & Weave get the bar thrown at them or a lot of class action lawsuits. They are even being sued now and have a pending class action lawsuit against them. The internet is under attack. What do the Copyright Trolls think this is a game? Like The Pirate Bay mentioned on their blog “This was their finest hour.” – Winston Churchill as it applies to us all about the Internet. Only one can stand and it will not be the Copyright Trolls.
